The Growl

The Growl now have their own official logo.  Props to my lady for creating this.  Her style and creativity smokes my abilities. 

After I got some input from the readers via email comments I was able to choose a name.  The new name of the site is The Growl.  This name blows the old one out of the water.  Almost all of the suggestions would have.  Bloggin It Up on the Grizz was as original as Matthew McConaughey doing another romantic comedy.  Thanks to everyone for the suggestions and feedback.  Some of the name ideas were hilarious and are just too good to be put to waste.  When the messageboard forum is opened up on The Growl, it will be named the Fed Up Forum.  The other name possibilities could be used along the way..

Yesterday I asked for help in choosing a new name for the site.  I received some suggestions, and as I began to think more and more about it I came up with some of my own ideas.  I figured a list of the possible names would be helpful.  Comment on the ones you like or if you have more ideas.

There are some good ones.  There are couple I don't get.  But, either way thanks for the help.

When this site was created, I could not envision a name that would be cool and catchy.  I thought I would eventually come up with something better than "Bloggin It Up on the Grizz".  This never happened, but I have never stopped trying to name this site with a title it deserves.  I have now turned to using my "lifeline".  I am asking the audience.

Not original?  I know.  But, I need help and there is noone else better to ask than fellow Grizz and basketball fans.  If I get some stellar ideas out of this I will most likely hold a vote.  I am sorry that I am unable to be creative enough to come up with a good name on my own. 

The current name is just a description of what happens on the site.  I am searching for a name that describes the aura of this site.  I need some assistance please.  You can contact me using the form on the bottom of the home page.  Thanks for the help.
